📖 How to get these (one-time setup, ~30 min)
1. Make sure your Instagram is a Professional account linked to your Facebook Page (Meta Business Suite → Settings → Linked accounts).
2. Go to developers.facebook.com → My Apps → Create App → type Business.
3. Open Tools → Graph API Explorer: select your app, click "Generate Access Token", tick permissions: pages_show_list, pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, business_management.
4. In Explorer run GET /me/accounts → copy your Page's id (Page ID) and access_token (Page token).
5. Run GET /{Page-ID}?fields=instagram_business_account → copy the IG id.
6. Make the token long-lived: Tools → Access Token Debugger → paste token → "Extend Access Token" (lasts ~60 days).
7. Paste all three above. Note: Meta's API can't add link stickers to stories — the story image itself shows Order Now + punjabilibas.com.
